The first thing we discovered this morning when looking at Chris Colfer here is that he wrote a children’s fairy tale book - who knew? Aside from the tween population, that is. The second thing was that the actor (slash writer?) was rocking some attention-grabbing turquoise laces. If you’ve leafed through your August GQ, you know that one of the quickest, cheapest upgrades you can make is by swapping out basic browns and blacks for something more adventurous. In Colfer’s case that means amping up those chunky saddle shoes - the finishing touch to his 50’s rockabilly look.
